Bored to Death

Shirt: TJMaxx, $6 // Jeans: Urban Outfitters, $10 // Shoes: Madden Girl, $1.50 // Necklace: Kohl's, $15 // Bracelet: Forever 21, $8

In the beginning, I wasn't sure how much of a challenge the 30 for 30 would be for me. Now I'm finding myself growing weary just shy of the halfway point. It's not so much a lack of ideas. I have a long list of combinations I have yet to try, but I just don't want to wear any of them! In retrospect, I definitely could have picked my pieces more carefully (and excluded this super easily wrinkled top!). Tonight I'm going to do some laundry and organize my items. Then, I'll just have to muster my creativity and power through!

The 30 for 30 taught me a lot last time I did it. Made it easy to purse my closet too! I realized I didn't miss certain items and some I just didn't enjoy wearing. Maybe your top is like that? It is super cute though.

Ooh, you're doing 30 for 30?

I'm going to do it in March! Is it bad that I'm buying clothes for it, though? :)

Love that shirt you're wearing. And the statement necklace.

So you're getting bored? Hmm. Hang in there...

I've been seeing some bloggers here and there who're also at that halfway slump and don't know what to do. So at least you're not alone! I mean, words of encouragement aside, you're seriously just at that hump and you'll totally rock it out once you get over it. :) Rock on!

I am totally at that halfway slump! It really did help to lay out all my clothes and pair fun accessories with them though. Good luck to you! I think you look adorable!

I hit rock bottom at 8 days. I, too, have a bunch of combinations I could do but find the want to is much harder. :)

It has been so hard to stick to the 30 for 30 choices! I want more color and variety! I do appreciate the new variations it has made me think up. But I am ready to wear some other things!

I feel the exact same way and commented as much on yesterday's post. I felt a little more revived today just due to the fact that I added fun tights to what would have been boring dress. Honestly, not sure how much longer I will make it! Here's hoping!

I remember that feeling on my first challenge. You'll get through it and come out of the other side. Promise.

Loving your shirt - even if you do find it wrinkles, I think it looks fabulous.

I am also bored by repetition. Take a break for one day and wear whatever you want. Then come back to 30 for 30. No harm done.

That necklace is super cute!! I'm halfway through 30x30 too and finding it to be tiresome. Time to regroup and push it ;)

I feel exactly the same way. I have more combos but they just make me want to fall asleep, not get dressed...

I love the statement necklace with the shirt, I've been meaning to give that a whirl!

Good luck with the challenge, I'm sure you'll pull some fab stuff out of your metaphorical hat :)
