Windy City Bound

Bright and early tomorrow morning, I'm headed to Chicago for an exciting weekend trip! Designer Christina Fan was kind enough to invite me to the Gen Art Fresh Faces in Fashion show. Her line C/FAN, along with the collections of several other emerging Chicago designers, will be featured. Stay tuned to hear about my weekend!

I just posted about the fact I want to live in America & be able to roadtrip it to different states every weekend.
You are so lucky :)
Love these designs, can't wait to see more.

I've been reading your blog for awhile now, and am originally from the KC Metro area (MO side) but have since moved. I love reading your blog... makes me homesick sometimes!

C/Fan reminds me of C-SPAN, the Canadian tv channel that like, shows like parliament conversations and stuff. I love those dresses (pockets, win!) but the name is turning me right off.

So funny you mentioned that, I was there too for my friend Kristin Hassan. It was a great event, no? Too bad they skipped the cocktail for after the show...

PS- did you try the Kind Bars in the goodie bags? Oh. My. God. I tried mine today and loved it.
